An American political scientist, former Secretary of State under George W. Bush, and Diplomat. Secretary Rice plays the piano.

She first began taking piano lessons when she was three years old.  […] After only a year of piano lessons, four-year-old Condoleez gave her first 'public' performance.  […] By the time she was 10, Condoleeza felt she had had enough of the piano.  She told her mother she wanted to quit playing.  'You’re not old enough or good enough to make that decision,' said her mother.  'When you are old enough and good enough, then you can quit, but not now.'
